Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 bussines day to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping carrier: We typically ship via Swiss Post and do not ship on weekends.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within Switzerland typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at olha.strokova@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
